Client Work Product

For paid development services, upon full payment, you will own the deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, templates, or tools used in creating your project.

Payment Terms

Free Services: Our AI Visibility Checker is provided free of charge with no registration required.

Paid Services: For website development, mobile app development, and consulting services:

  • Pricing will be provided in a written quote or proposal
  • Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement
  • Typical payment structure: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Cancellation Policy

By Client

  • You may cancel services with written notice
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Any outstanding payments must be settled

By Brandioz

We reserve the right to discontinue services if:

  • Payment is not received as per agreed terms
  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your account shows prolonged inactivity
  • Continuing the relationship is not feasible

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Results Not Guaranteed

While we use best practices, we cannot guarantee specific results from our AI Visibility Checker, SEO services, or any other services. Website traffic, search rankings, and AI visibility depend on many factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandioz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000 INR, whichever is less.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brandioz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit or transmit through the Services

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
