Brandioz is operated by RB Innovate LLP ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.
You can sign in to Brandioz using a passwordless email login (a one-time code or magic link sent to your inbox) or via Google Sign-In (OAuth). Either way, we collect and store your email address to identify your account. If you use Google Sign-In, we may also receive your name and profile picture from Google, as permitted by your Google account settings. We do not collect or store passwords. We also log basic usage data such as websites you analyze, which helps us improve the product.
If you make a payment on Brandioz, we collect transaction details such as the order ID, amount, currency, and payment status. We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, or other payment credentials — these are collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay.
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the Brandioz service — to authenticate your account, process payments, personalize your experience, and understand how the product is being used. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Brandioz uses Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns and usage. This may involve cookies set by Google. We do not run any advertising or ad-targeting cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out extension.
Brandioz uses Google OAuth for optional sign-in, Razorpay to process payments, and Google Analytics for usage tracking. When you use Google Sign-In or make a payment, those providers process your data directly, subject to their own privacy policies. Links from Brandioz to external sites are subject to those sites' own privacy policies.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your data including secure data transmission, encrypted storage, and access controls. Since we do not store passwords, there is no password database that can be exposed in the event of a breach. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
We retain your account and transaction information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of Brandioz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
